I’ve known this adorable couple for a few years now. Jessica’s parents are some great friends of mine and I’ve been capturing photos of their awesome family for a while now.
I was thrilled when I learned that Jessica was expecting and so happy for their family. I know her parents are going to be some of the best grandparents around! As they are all eagerly awaiting the arrival of their baby, I thought I’d share some of my favorite photos from their maternity session out at Balcones Canyonlands.
My favorite part was showing Jessica some of the images from the back of my camera. “Oh my goodness, I look so pretty!” I love it when I can show my clients just how beautiful and glowing they are at this incredible time in their lives. It really is a wonderful feeling to be able to do that!
This spot is absolutely gorgeous but it is a decent drive away from the hustle and bustle of Austin. I love that because there are very few people in the park and plenty of incredible backdrops to choose from! There are so many incredible images from this session!
I always give you both the color and black/white versions of each photo so you have a little extra variety in your gallery. I loved creating this art out at Balcones Canyonlands!
I’m so excited about this almost family of THREE! 
All of these photos were taken from locations within a short walk from the parking area. There are plenty of trails to hike on but I know a lot of my #hellomommas aren’t going to be up for that. I like to make things as easy as possible for you so that we have all of the magical spots planned out ahead of time.
The best time to reach out to me about scheduling your maternity session is when you are just entering your second trimester. My schedule has been filling up quickly and it’s important to reach out early to ensure I have the availability. We’ll then schedule your session when you are somewhere between 32-35 weeks along unless you’d like to schedule it sooner.
