Austin Baby Photographer
Meet Baby Emma, born during the pandemic. She was my first newborn session after my business was shut down for over 2 months and she was just over a month old. I’ve known her parents forever and their family has been clients of mine for the last 4 years. I was thrilled that they chose me to be their Austin Baby Photographer!
I usually do my newborn sessions in the first 12-17 days because babies are usually really sleepy and still very curly for the posed newborn style that I do.
I was fully prepared for this session to take some extra time but this little lady slept like a champ. I moved slowly and kept her nice and warm and cozy and she let me pose her pretty much any way I wanted!
I was a little skeptical about this froggy pose on the baby bed that we went for at the end but she snoozed away the entire time. It was perfect!
I found this cute little baby crown from a shop on Etsy. I love it so much!
Posed newborn photography definitely takes time but the end result is totally worth it. These super sleepy, curly, chubby babies are so beautiful!
