A lifestyle newborn session is done in your home and is a wonderful way to capture your new life with your baby and include their furry, well-behaved siblings! These sessions are fairly simple- I come to your home and bring my gear and a few wraps that coordinate with your decor and we go from there! We can do the session on your living room sofa, your bed, and or in the baby’s nursery. For Baby Olivia’s session, we took photos in mom and dad’s room as well as her nursery with perfectly painted pink stripes, courtesy of her mom and dad!
It was really important to Olivia’s mom and dad that her furry big sisters, Zoe and Chloe, were included in the photoshoot. I’m a sucker for golden retrievers after growing up with them so, of course, I was on board with this idea!
The pups were still very curious about this new “thing” in their home but were very gentle and gave lots of sniffs and gentle head kisses throughout the session which Baby Olivia didn’t seem to mind at all! 🙂
Let’s just pause for a moment and admire the most perfect little curl right in the middle of Olivia’s head. It is the cutest thing EVER!
I absolutely loved capturing Kelsi and Preston’s love for their new daughter and all of the special snuggles during their session. It was so cute, every time she would make a noise or smile you could see their eyes light right up! Yep, you made that! These are some of the moments that I just love to be a part of!
